* Telephone Performance Evaluation:
A recorded telephone evaluation is a recording of the actual telephone presentation by the Relocation Specialist. This evaluation is an affordable way to experience the customer service quality being delivered. All telephone evaluations will be completed and returned within 5 days. Included with this audio evaluation will be a written summary of the experience.

* In-Person Performance Evaluation:
One of the most extensive means of evaluation is to experience the personal aspects of the sales experience. The evaluation process can start with a recorded telephone call. We will then proceed to visit the intended business, or sales professional. Following the visit you will receive an in-depth assessment of this sales experience highlighting the customer service and sales experience. This evaluation service will be completed within 5-7 days of the initial visit and will include an outline of any follow-up received by our office. Should you not receive your completed survey within 10 days it will be free of charge.

* Internet Performance Evaluation:
Being able to review the response time and communication content from your business is very valuable. An internet evaluation may also be beneficial in verifying the technical functionality or accuracy of a given internet source. This evaluation feedback will be completed within 3-5 days.

* Immediate Feedback:
Better than being a "fly on the wall" - this service will enable you to have immediate feedback on the customer service experience. Spending up to 30 minutes in a one-on-one consultation with either the relocation specialist or the supervisor, can spark immediate results! A written summary of the customer service experience and consultation will be sent within 24 hours.
